Good evening,I was reading Claudia Imhoff's blog tonight (http://www.b-eye-network.com/blogs/imhoff) and she has posted a link to an outstanding KPI resource. This website has 100's of defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that you can browse by industry / discipline to find ideas for KPIs. The IT metrics are very comprehensive.
